Lead the development of our core platform features, from AI matching enhancements to payment infrastructure. You'll work closely with our founder and own significant parts of our technical roadmap. Experience building scalable consumer apps is essential.
Be the first point of contact for our customers and professionals across the Caribbean. You'll own onboarding, resolve disputes, gather feedback, and work with the product team to continuously improve the user experience. A deep understanding of the Barbadian and wider Caribbean market is a must.
Oversee the end-to-end professional onboarding process in Barbados. You'll manage our verification partners, run quality assurance checks, develop training materials for new pros, and build systems to scale our operations as we grow.
Own PicknLink's brand voice and digital presence across the Caribbean. You'll lead content strategy on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, run paid social campaigns, build community partnerships, and develop creative that resonates authentically with our Barbadian and wider Caribbean audience.
